Behavior Therapist Internship (Part-Time)
Location: Castle Rock, CO and Surrounding Area
Job Type: Part-time, 6-month minimum internship
Pay:
$21.00/hr for client sessions
$14.81/hr for RBT modules and virtual onboarding
About the Role
Join our team at Instructional ABA Consultants and make a meaningful impact working with children diagnosed with Autism. This 6-month, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ideal for those pursuing careers in psychology, education, or behavior therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one ABA instruction in various settings
Implement plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Collect and document client data
Submit documentation within 24 hours
Attend required trainings and communicate with your BCBA
Maintain ethical standards and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with children (volunteer or paid)
Strong communication, organization, and reliability
Background check required
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Students in psychology or related fields encouraged to apply
