Location: Corporate NJ Office in Lakewood, NJ

Position Overview:

Cultivate meaningful relationships with media outlets, community partners, and key stakeholders to elevate brand reputation and reach. Communicate compellingly through writing and speaking, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Develop and execute link building strategies to strengthen our online authority and support SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and community leaders.
• Craft press releases, pitches, and thought leadership content.
• Secure media coverage and speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities.
• Monitor and report on PR performance and link building ROI.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications

• Proven success securing media coverage and building media relationships

• Strong writing skills - able to craft press releases, pitches, and thought leadership

• Familiar with link building and SEO best practices

• Comfortable speaking publicly and representing the brand

• Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• Proficient with PR tools (e.g., media databases, analytics platforms)

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
