Job Description
Description We are looking for a Paid Digital Specialist to lead high-impact advertising initiatives across major digital channels from our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can shape campaign strategy, guide performance improvements, and communicate results clearly to senior stakeholders. The position calls for someone who is comfortable managing substantial media investments while partnering closely with internal teams to uphold accuracy, efficiency, and strong return on spend. Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee paid media programs across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn, aligning execution with business goals. - Monitor campaign health through ongoing analysis, making informed adjustments to improve reach, conversions, and budget efficiency. - Manage large-scale advertising budgets responsibly, using performance data to guide allocation and optimization decisions. - Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to executive leaders and other key stakeholders with confidence and clarity. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure ad launches, updates, and reporting processes are accurate and well-coordinated. - Conduct quality checks on campaign setup, tracking, creative deployment, and audience targeting to maintain a high standard of execution. - Use analytics tools to evaluate channel performance, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Support broader digital marketing efforts by contributing insight into email initiatives, audience engagement, and measurement approaches. Requirements - 2 plus years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with responsibility for paid media campaign management. - Demonstrated expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising. - Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to interpret campaign data to inform decisions. - Experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimizing spend for measurable business outcomes. - Proven ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives or key stakeholders. - Solid understanding of campaign setup, testing, reporting, and quality assurance practices across digital channels. - Familiarity with broader digital marketing tactics, including email campaigns and audience-focused engagement strategies.
