**Manufacturing Associates - Small Parts & Electronic Assembly**
**Increased Pay Rates | Multiple Openings | Temp‑to‑Hire**
**Pay:** up to $22.94 per hour
**Schedules Available:** 1st & 2nd Shift Options
**Assignment Length:** Temp-to-Hire
We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support a stable, **high‑demand production** facility in Gray, ME. This role focuses on **small‑part** and **electronic bench‑style assembly** in a clean, organized **light-manufacturing environment** .
In addition to **newly increased pay rates** on all shifts, these positions offer **consistent schedules** , **predictable hours** , and a clear temp‑to‑hire path for candidates who demonstrate **reliability** , **attention to detail** , and a **willingness to learn.**
The facility is centrally located with an easy commute from Portland, Freeport, Windham, Mechanic Falls, Lewiston/Auburn, and surrounding areas.
**What the Work Looks Like:**
Work assignments vary by department, but this role typically involves hands‑on assembly at a workstation or bench:
+ **Assembling small parts** or electronic components using written instructions, diagrams, or work orders
+ Using **hand tools** or **small power tools** to complete assemblies
+ Performing **light soldering**
+ **Inspecting** finished pieces to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards
+ Preparing completed products for **packaging** , storage, or shipment
+ Recording basic production or quality data using simple computer systems
