LEMOINE is building an Emergency Response Cadre to support our Logistical Staging Area (LSA) operations during emergencies. These seasonal positions are critical to ensuring the timely and effective delivery of resources to communities in need.

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for a variety of roles, ranging from operators to experienced emergency response managers.

• Equipment Operators
• Administrative Assistants
• Warehouse Supervisors
• Resource Supervisors
• Response Specialists
• Response Managers
• Safety Managers

Responsibilities:

Depending on the role, duties may include:

• Operating equipment such as forklifts, trucks, or other machinery.
• Managing communications, document organization, and clerical duties.
• Assisting in the setup and management of the Logistical Staging Area (LSA).
• Coordinating the movement and tracking of supplies.
• Managing and supervising on-site personnel and activities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disaster response, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certifications/licenses for equipment operators (if applicable).

Our Logistics Bench operates on an on-call basis. When an activation occurs, we'll reach out to check your availability. If you're available, you'll be activated and deployed to the location. Typical shifts are 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
