Heartland Credit Union is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Credit Recovery Representative.

This individual is responsible for working with members on any delinquencies, payment plans, recoveries, force-placed insurance, charge-offs, credit reporting errors, and a variety of other duties relative to the department or as assigned by the manager.  

Qualified candidates must have one to three years similar or related experience, a keen attention to detail, extraordinary communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.
