**Maintenance Mechanic - Starting at $39+ per hour!**
**Job Description**
Seeking experienced maintenance mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery in a manufacturing facility. This role will also involve performing basic facilities repairs of the building, servicing the forklift fleet, and maintaining conveyor systems. The team is growing in response to an increase in volume from customers. There are upcoming projects to replace or upgrade some existing machinery and subsystems, offering exciting learning opportunities for new hires over the next two years. Additionally, there is an LME apprenticeship program available on-site for those interested in getting licensed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs with minimal supervision.
+ Maintain forklifts.
+ Conduct facilities work on lights, gates, signage, drywall, flooring, and other repairs as needed.
+ Plan and execute projects, including cost estimates, as directed.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Train team members in areas of expertise.
+ Address work orders and assist with parts ordering.
+ Help develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and equipment installations.
+ Ensure safety compliance and report hazards.
+ Support company quality systems and audits.
+ Design and fabricate repairs or improvements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, steam/boilers, pneumatics, confined spaces, conveyor systems.
+ Electrical troubleshooting on machinery, up to 480 volts.
+ Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
+ Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and stand for at least 3 hours.
+ Capable of lifting 50-70 lbs occasionally.
+ Works independently with minimal supervision and flexible schedules.
+ Proficient in written and verbal communication.
+ CNC or manual machining with mills and lathes is preferred but we can train you.
+ Welding and metal fabrication experience is preferred but we can train you.

**Work Environment**
This is an industrial manufacturing facility. There are large machines on the production floor that can be loud when running. Hearing safety and steel-toed shoes are required. The environment is clean and well-maintained with all safety signage and designated walkways/workspaces.
Shifts available are Swing (3pm - 11pm) and Night (11pm - 7am) from Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

The pay range for this position is $81412.00 - $81412.00/yr.
