**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in providing quality repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. Our welders are integral to ensuring our production numbers are met and delivering top-notch parts to our clients.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders.
+ Set-up jigs and fixtures by adjusting fixtures and equipment used in product production.
+ Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
+ Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Maintain required records and a clean work area.
+ Follow verbal and written instructions for operating dies and equipment.
+ Perform processes such as fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, MIG welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Previous experience in a welding capacity, whether in farming or manufacturing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Machine loading experience is a plus.
+ Ability to consistently show up on time without attendance issues.
+ Must pass a weld test.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Simpsonville, KY.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
