**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Pay: $26-$35/hr** **Shift** : 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2pm-10:30pm, or an overnight schedule from 6pm-6:30am on a 2,2,3 schedule **Job Description** + Diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. + Assist with installation of new equipment or modify existing equipment as required. + Make suggestions for corrective measures when downtime results from mechanical or technical defects. + Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to supervisor about cost reduction, quality improvement, and yield control. + Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Minimum of 6 months industrial maintenance experience. + Associate's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical, Welding, or similar fields preferred. + Previous experience working with VFD's (Variable Frequency Drive) preferred. + Welding experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) plans with matching, dental and disability insurance, a flexible spending account, health and life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and vision insurance. The environment requires adherence to safety standards and the wearing of appropriate PPE.
