**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cement process systems and equipment.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
+ Support capital projects through technical input and commissioning assistance.
+ Develop and deliver training and documentation for operational best practices.

**Work Environment**
This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to plant sites. You'll work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.
