Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cement process systems and equipment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability. + Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues. + Support capital projects through technical input and commissioning assistance. + Develop and deliver training and documentation for operational best practices. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong understanding of cement and concrete manufacturing processes and related technologies. + Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex technical problems. + Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. + Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Work Environment** This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to plant sites.
