The Personal Banker will competently assist customers in opening and managing their bank accounts and finances. This position will meet with customers face-to-face, over the phone, or through email to resolve issues, advise on bank services for their needs, and open, close, and oversee transactions. The Personal Banker will build and maintain relationships with customers by creating good rapport and providing on-going support regarding products and services.

Promote an environment where the banking needs of current and prospective customers are consistently met in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements. The Personal Banker will actively promote the interests of the bank in the community and simultaneously make the needs of the community known to the bank.
