Our client, a dynamic organization in the construction and project-based industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Support Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations & Accounting Support Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Accounting & Operations Administrator
**Location:** Portland, OR
**Pay Range: $27 - $30**
**Shift: Day shift (8am - 5pm)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage purchase orders across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely entry into QuickBooks.
+ Coordinate sales orders and invoicing processes, maintaining accuracy and completeness of billing documentation.
+ Monitor and administer timekeeping records to support payroll processing and project costing.
+ Support accounts payable by entering vendor invoices and reconciling company credit card transactions.
+ Arrange travel logistics, including booking airfare, lodging, and transportation, while supporting urgent and after-hours requests.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations and deadlines.
+ Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional after-hours travel coordination.
