As we grow, we're seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to ensure our projects launch with accuracy, alignment, and zero surprises.

The Opportunity: Pre-Construction Coordinator

This role is the keystone between design and construction. You'll organize the transition from approved plans to a build-ready package, finalizing details, permits, estimates, and documentation that allow our production team to succeed. Your work ensures our clients experience a smooth start, our field team works with confidence, and our jobs launch on time and fully prepared.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project handoff process between design and production
• Confirm the scopes of work, approved materials, client selections, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, vendor pricing, and long-lead material orders
• Prepare and distribute internal handoff packages to the Project Manager and field crew
• Ensure permitting and approvals are in place prior to project start
• Track and communicate pre-construction tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with design staff, clients, trade partners, and operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in remodeling, construction coordination, estimating, or pre-construction support
• Familiarity with permitting, design selections, and construction documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and task-tracking abilities
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools and construction software (Buildertrend experience a plus)
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and organized project readiness
