Clark's White Glove Delivery is growing fast - and we're looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and support one of our premier clients. Schedule and coordinate high-value furniture deliveries
Serve as the main point of contact between our team, the client, and their customers
Answer inbound calls and manage delivery updates with professionalism and clarity
Run and analyze daily reports to ensure smooth operations
Track delivery performance metrics using Excel and other internal systems
Support inventory management processes and accuracy
Maintain a positive, proactive relationship with both clients and coworkers
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and Google Workspace
Experience working directly with customers
Familiarity with inventory management and logistics is a big plus
Have a positive mindset and strong attention to detail
Are a self-starter and team player
Excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
