Facility / Occupancy Planner
The Facility/Occupancy Planner partners with account leadership, internal service teams, and client stakeholders to deliver both strategic and tactical space planning solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing occupancy planning programs and balancing space supply, demand, and utilization across a client's real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary client contact for occupancy planning, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
+ Lead and coordinate occupancy planning initiatives, including relocations, restacks, renovations, and space consolidations
+ Collaborate with account leadership, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Project & Development Services (PDS), and client real estate teams to align space strategies with business objectives
+ Develop and present space plans, utilization studies, supply and demand analyses, and operational reports
+ Ensure alignment with established program standards, tools, templates, and processes
+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery and implement recommended solutions
+ Guide and support team performance, project execution, and quality standards
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, space planning, or occupancy planning
+ Experience supporting large or complex real estate portfolios
+ Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
+ Familiarity with CAFM and space management systems preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
