Who We Are Looking For: + Concentric is seeking a Group Account Supervisor (GA S) who will manage day-to-day client relationships overseeing more complex project and executing them fluidly. You are considered the backbone of the team with strong leadership skills and a relied on to get the job done. You have a strong understanding of agency capabilities and are able to comfortably sell in new work to clients. + The GAS will ensure that our client needs are met strategically, tactically and guide the digital teams daily activities. In this role, you will oversee and manage digital transformation for web-based & CRM implementations. What You Will Do: + The Group Account Supervisor serves as the internal leader of a brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goals + Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client's business structure or needs + Take a leadership role in the development and presentation of the agency's recommendations, POV's, and strategic initiatives, actively promoting agency offerings to clients + Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day workflow + Seek out and maintain complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences + Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans + Act as a key contributor of tactical brainstorming + Provide accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing + Work with integrated producer to build SOW's + Develop and help manage career growth plans for junior account team members - instilling confidence in your team + Present information, both verbally and written, to clients and senior management + Provide timely, accurate client documentation and correspondence + Ensure client is kept apprised of all account activity; this includes ultimate responsibility for ensuring that appropriate roadmap/timelines are delivered accurately and quickly + Develop and administer clients' budgets based on reconciliation against estimates and raise client awareness when changes in client direction affect estimate + Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements + You are a disruptor, a problem solver and a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for healthcare and making a difference. + You are an approachable hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity. Basic Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in an account/client services role on a large, multifaceted account, in the healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising industry Preferred Qualifications: + Experience building relationships and managing integrated projects that are digital at their core, at an ad agency, brand firm, media company, or client-side + Experience with personal promotion and omnichannel promotion + Financial management experience, specifically with estimations and reconciliations + Strong presentations skills with PowerPoint + Experience working in Excel, SharePoint and Box + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Experience managing or mentoring others + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines + A drive to elevate thinking and the work Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
