**Job Title: Design Execution Manager**
**Location: Greater Philadelphia**
**Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Travel Required**
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Design Execution Manager** to lead a team of engineers responsible for the execution of complex manufacturing engineering projects. This pivotal role oversees the entire project lifecycle-from initial concept and design to successful production launch-ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As the primary onsite leader during project installations and startups, the ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, and the confidence to make independent decisions that shape the future of our manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead end-to-end manufacturing engineering projects, including warehouse design, processing equipment implementation, and assembly site startup.
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
+ Monitor project execution to identify and resolve roadblocks, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are met.
+ Drive adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions under tight deadlines.
+ Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform process improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
+ 6+ years of progressive experience in large-scale warehouse or distribution center design and optimization.
+ Proven track record managing full-cycle warehouse design and engineering projects.
+ Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma).
+ Expertise in lean manufacturing, throughput optimization, and reliability of processing equipment.
+ Strong understanding of safety regulations and production environment best practices.
+ Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial environments.
**Compensation & Benefits:**

**Pay Details:** $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
