AR Roofing is opening a brand-new office in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and were hiring a Roofing Consultant (Sales) to join us from day one. This is a chance to get in early at a fast-growing company thats expanding with purposeand building a team that thrives on energy, trust, and community.

What Youll Do 

As a Roofing Consultants (Sales), youll guide homeowners through roof inspections, insurance conversations, estimates, and project approvals. Youll be the face of AR Roofing in the fieldbuilding trust, offering solutions, and helping families protect their homes.  

Your day-to-day will include: 

• Meeting with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify solutions 

• Generating self-sourced leads through community outreach and referrals 

• Working leads provided by the companythen turning each one into more 

• Helping customers understand their options and guiding them through the process 

• Managing the customer relationship from inspection through approval 

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff 

How We Set You Up for Success 

• Youll receive leads from our teambut the expectation is to generate 2 additional self-sourced leads per company-provided one 

• No territory restrictionsyoull be matched with homeowners based on your ability to close and connect 

• Sales materials, technology, and tools provided: 

• Tablet 

• Printer 

• Cell phone 

Youll also have support from our Wichita leadership and operations team, who will help you succeed with training, systems, and coachingwithout micromanaging your day-to-day. 

What Were Looking For 

• A self-starter who is confident knocking doors and meeting homeowners 

• Someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives on closing deals 

• Coachable and eager to grow in a high-performance environment 

• Sales experience is preferred 

• Roofing or construction experience is not required 

• Must be comfortable working in the field, using tech tools, and managing your own schedule
