**Kadiak, LLC** , a Koniag Government Services company has an opening for an entry-level, self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Financial Analyst for our customer. This position requires the ability to get and maintain a Public Trust.

**_Position Overview:_**
This role will be responsible for reviewing project costs against budgeted funds, evaluating financial controls, and identifying trends to ensure fiscal efficiency. The ideal candidate will assist in forecasting models, data analysis, and maintaining program budgets using cost and scheduling tools.
Additionally, this position involves supporting data collection and reporting for HHS. This role will also create statistical reports to provide insights into organizational financial performance. The financial analyst will work closely with functional specialists, vendors, and customers to automate financial processes while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and government financial business practices.
**_Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:_** .
+ Bachelor's degree in business or similar field from an accredited University
+ Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and federal financial regulations for government programs
+ Ability and willingness to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline financial processes and provide clear financial insights
+ Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
