This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with elite attorneys and clients navigating intricate divorce proceedings and asset division. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence related to high net worth divorce cases. + Assist in the management of discovery processes, including eDiscovery and deposition coordination. + Organize, analyze, and summarize financial statements, assets, tax returns, and other critical documents for litigation purposes. + Track deadlines, court filings, and procedural requirements for state-specific family law cases. + Coordinate with external experts (e.g., financial advisors, forensic accountants) and assist in preparing expert reports and trial materials. + Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant. + Proficiency in legal technology, including eDiscovery platforms and e-filing systems. + Strong interpersonal skills for working with high-profile clients and sensitive cases. + Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in handling large caseloads under deadline pressures.
