• TSEC is actively hiring a Field Structural Steel Welder with LA City Certification in semi-automatic welding. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in full-penetration welds using flux-core (FCAW) and MIG wire, with a strong understanding of field conditions, safety standards, and reading shop/erection drawings.

  🔧 Key Requirements:

  • LA City Certified Welder (Semi-Automatic)

  • Able to produce high-quality welds that pass NDT inspections

  • Experience with flux-core (FCAW) and MIG wire processes

  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and welding symbols

  • Must be comfortable working at heights and in field environments

  • Strong safety awareness and team communication

  🏗️ Preferred:

  • Prior experience with steel erection and fabrication in commercial, retail and hospitality

  • OSHA 10 or 30

  • Reliable transportation and clean jobsite professionalism
