The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor. **SCHEDULE:** + **Full Time** + **Monday - Friday** + **7am -3pm may require some evening shifts depending on customer needs** **PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour** **WEEKLY PAY** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns + Respond to requests for maintenance services + Change lights + Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks + Performs other cleaning duties as assigned + Perform painting, including drywall, doors, and office furniture + Perform industrial building maintenance and repairs **QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):** + High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certification + Must possess professional experience and/or education in one or more of the following: + Plumbing + Electrical + Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) + Attention to detail + Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work + Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenance + Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches + Time management skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):** + Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices + Degree from a technical college **Closing** Diversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
