Description We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role is 100% onsite and ideal for someone with a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer acceptance + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies + Post job openings, source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking + Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams + Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) + Prepare and extend job offers and initiate onboarding processes + Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment laws and internal policies + Support other HR functions and projects as needed Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: + Experience recruiting in a high-volume or specialized industry setting + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
