Description The Amazon Private Brands team is looking for a customer-obsessed Manager, Product Management to lead a team within North America Hardlines. The Manager, Product Management's primary responsibility is to build and grow the allocated categories on the Hardlines Private Brands team and oversee a team of three to five business managers. Chartered with defining the category strategy, the Manager, Product Management will coalesce inputs such as customer feedback, market data, competitive landscape, and overall brand positioning. They own the category P&L and work directly with the Product Development team to set the vision, objective and priorities for product development roadmaps. The Manager, Product Management is also responsible for defining positioning, messaging, target audiences, commercialization, and lifecycle marketing strategies for a product, existing or new. This role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail to deliver business initiatives. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
