Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated & experienced Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and timeliness. Your contributions will help deliver delightful tea experiences to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping.
• Ensure orders are prepared for dispatch on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
