Job Summary:
Join our team as an Operations Support Coordinator! You'll play a key role in keeping our plant running smoothly by managing employee schedules, coordinating events, handling timekeeping, and supporting safety and operations reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the employee timekeeping system, manage exceptions, and maintain security badges.
- Coordinate the weekly employee schedule to ensure optimal staffing.
- Assist in planning and executing plant events, including celebrations and meetings.
- Ensure accurate data management for effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Discretion and good judgment are essential due to access to sensitive information.
Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems like Kronos.
- Ability to handle basic math, interpret instructions, and work with various software.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Office environment with moderate noise levels.
- Regularly required to sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
