Description We are looking for a highly skilled Applications Architect to join our team in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions that streamline communication across diverse systems and platforms. This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite work and occasional travel, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the automotive industry. Responsibilities: - Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions, including APIs, event streaming, messaging, and data pipelines. - Develop strategies for microsites and headless platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and content management. - Define and implement canonical models, interface contracts, transformation logic, and reusable integration patterns. - Lead the integration of enterprise metadata platforms, such as DataHub, to enable real-time insights and data lineage tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration frameworks with business priorities and data governance standards. - Manage the delivery lifecycle of integration solutions, from design and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Establish and enforce integration standards, including governance frameworks, versioning, and documentation practices. - Oversee technical designs and solution blueprints to ensure quality, security, and compliance. - Partner with vendor teams to maintain alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. - Drive the implementation of complex integrations across SaaS, on-premises, cloud-native, and hybrid environments. Requirements - Proven experience as an Applications Architect, with a focus on enterprise integration solutions. - Expertise in cloud technologies, including Azure, and familiarity with SaaS and hybrid platforms. - Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and integration frameworks. - Proficiency in designing APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes. - Exceptional communication and documentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts. - Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance optimization in integration solutions. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
