Job Description: Lead or support the implementation of Veeva Align, including configuration, data model design, and integration with Veeva CRM and other systems. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct fit-gap analysis and define business functionalities related to sales interactions, territory alignments, sampling, and post-call follow-ups. Collaborate with client stakeholders and Veeva teams to ensure alignment on solution design, compliance, and governance standards. Provide guidance on integration architecture, including inbound/outbound connectors and third-party system interfaces. Support change management, training, and UAT activities as part of deployment readiness. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Veeva Align solutions post-implementation. PST Time zone preferred Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 6+ years of experience of CRM consulting experience, with at least 2 years in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM implementations. + Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and regulatory compliance. + Experience with data migration, integration architecture, and system validation processes. + Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross functional teams. + Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
