Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-throughput, data-intensive enterprise applications in a complex, data-driven environment. This role is backend-heavy and centered on C++ and SQL Server systems that power core business workflows, with additional responsibilities across .NET web applications and modern front-end frameworks. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work across mixed technology stacks, and ownership of delivering reliable solutions in real-world production environments. ________________________________________ What You'll Do - Design, develop, and maintain core application logic using C+- Design and optimize SQL Server queries and data access patterns for high-performance, transactional systems (e.g., using Dapper), with a strong emphasis on query efficiency, indexing strategies, and minimizing latency - Build and support web applications using C# / .NET MVC - Contribute to front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across database, backend, and UI layers - Work within and improve complex legacy systems while maintaining production stability - Work across legacy and modern systems, contributing to ongoing modernization efforts - Collaborate with QA, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and practices - Support automated testing and CI/CD pipeline improvements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
