About Black Desert Resort:

Black Desert Resort is a $2 billion luxury golf resort based in Ivins, Utah, consisting of over 500 hotel rooms in the Resort Center, over 1,000 condo units, and nearly 100 real estate lots. Additionally, Black Desert will include a water park, five restaurants with a variety for everyone, and the soon to come Boardwalk, which will offer shopping, dining and entertainment options. These highly-rated amenities together create a state-of-the art experience for our owners and guests, and community members.

Designed by Tom Weiskopf, the Black Desert golf course is a championship-level course that currently plays host to the Black Desert Championship PGA Tour event in the fall-season and the Black Desert Championship LPGA Tour Event in the spring-season.

Position Overview:

Reef is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our exceptional team at Black Desert Resort. We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and highly motivated individual who will represent the brand of Black Desert Resort. The ideal candidate has a proven track record exhibiting best-practice traits in high-end real estate sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent and sell residential real estate within the Black Desert portfolio, including high-end condos, townhomes, and single-family lots
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, offering personalized service and expert guidance throughout the sales process
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the resort's residential offerings, highlighting unique features and benefits
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the sales leadership team
  • Methodically leverage our CRM to develop and scale to a high volume pipeline of appointments and sales
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Maintain knowledge of all resort amenities, services, and ownership benefits
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitive developments, and legal regulations
  • Attend networking events and represent the resort brand at real estate events/conferences
  • Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to residents and potential buyers, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive living experience at Black Desert Resort.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • An active real estate license, or ability to gain one, in the state of Utah is required
  • Ability to work full-time in our real estate sales gallery with occasional travel around the area and state of Utah
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
