Our client, a leading organization in the public service sector, is seeking a dedicated Compliance Program Support to join their team. As a Compliance Program Support, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Compliance Program Support
**Location:** Los Angeles, CA
**Pay Range:** $20
**Shift:** 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the Compliance team with data entry and administrative tasks to support ongoing projects
+ Maintain and update compliance tracking systems and databases with accuracy
+ Organize and manage documentation, records, and logs following established procedures
+ Support document management and record retention activities to ensure compliance standards
+ Utilize basic technology tools to monitor compliance activities and follow up on tasks
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Basic knowledge of office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
+ No formal technical experience required; basic computer skills expected
+ Willingness to learn agency-specific systems through employer-provided training
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
