Role and Responsibility

• Greet & welcome guests with hospitality. Sometimes, you will be the first person they see to start their day!
• Complete guest orders, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and more!
• Create delicious sandwiches and wraps
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Have fun while making your guest's day!

The Restaurant Team Member is the frontline in providing the Exceptional Guest Experience through delivering exceptional products and service.

As a qualified candidate, you fulfill the following criteria:

• Demonstrate a passion and energy for guest service and creating friendly, fast, and exceptional guest experiences
• Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment
• Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, ensuring a clean and organized environment that exceeds our guests' expectations
• Have a presentation level that is consistent with providing an exceptional guest experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to learn how to operate various equipment, carry boxes up to 25lbs, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge.
• Be able to commute to work late at night or early in the morning
• Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment.
• Flexible availability is preferred
• Be able to multi task and work well under pressure while maintaining food safety standards.
