The chosen candidate for this position is expected to display exceptional communication and mentoring skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to facilitate the development of their technical proficiencies. In addition, the incumbent should ensure the successful execution of project deliverables. Equally important for this position is communication with the Sr. Program Coordinator on progress, issues, and concerns in the field to help ensure the crew adheres to CalTrans Chapter 10 Safety Standards while working on our highways and bi-ways.
