Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service in both English and Spanish. You'll help solve problems, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish
Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information
Document interactions and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, satisfaction scores, and call resolution
