Job Summary Key Responsibilities: + Daily duties include monitoring and correcting time sheets, reviewing attendance associates as needed, printing timecards, paystubs, W2,'s for associates as needed + Entering vacation, sick, and holiday pay for associates. + Responsible for expert knowledge of the employee handbook and company policies and procedures + Assisting employees with requests such as helping employees with compass applications + Responsible for completing the onboarding process for new hires + Assisting with productivity reports and ensuring all associates are taking their lunch and breaks on time + Tracking new hires and entering stay bonuses + Processing off-cycle payments and bonus payments + Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Administrative/HR admin experience; payroll experience preferred + Bilingual in English/Spanish + Effective oral and written communication skills + Ability to understand and suggest a resolution to issues + SAP experience, preferred Apply to Canteen today!
