Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead innovative product development and shape the future of our design vision. The Product Designer will conduct research and interviews with customers to uncover their needs, preferences, and feedback on existing products and services. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints, and success criteria, translating these insights into a design and development backlog that aligns with company goals and priorities. The role involves performing user research and usability testing to validate new features, identifying areas for improvement, and conducting market research to stay informed of emerging trends, user needs, and competitive insights. The designer will create visual designs, including wireframes and prototypes, to clearly communicate concepts and features to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as engineers, while documenting designs through specifications, style guides, and user stories. Additionally, they will build business processes to streamline product operations and optimize resources, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to implement designs effectively and efficiently, while continuously monitoring and analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve products over time.


Qualifications:

  • Leadership and teamwork: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, inspire and motivate team members, and effectively communicate design decisions and strategies.
  • Design (UX/UI): expertise in designing and prototyping intuitive and engaging user interfaces, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Prototyping and wireframing: ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and refine design concepts, and to communicate these concepts to stakeholders and developers.
  • Research: proficiency in conducting user research, market research, and competitive analysis to identify user needs, insights, and trends, and to inform design decisions and product strategies.
  • Decision making: ability to synthesize complex information, analyze data, and make informed design decisions based on user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Internal/External communication: strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to build positive relationships with external partners and customers.
  • Organizational: strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
