**Based in Nashville, TN, this role supports remote imaging services across our US enterprise. This position requires living in the Nashville area and includes 50% domestic travel.**

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**Under the guidance of the Corporate VP of Patient Logistics, Medical Transportation, & Remote Imaging Services, the AVP of Remote Imaging Services is responsible for effectively leading the creation, implementation, and on-going execution of a new corporate service line to support remote imaging across the enterprise. Remote imaging will encompass oversight and direct reporting of management resources over centralized imaging technicians across multiple imaging modalities of service that will support daily hospital and HCA FSER imaging operations. You will control both daily operations and strategic alignment with several key clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders at varying levels of the company. You are accountable for driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, quality outcomes and service metric performance across the remote imaging operations; ensuring collaboration with hospital partners in clinical operations, regulatory & compliance, clinical quality, and patient safety.**
**What you will do in this role:**
+ **Direct reporting oversight for 24/7 daily operations of the Centralized Remote Imaging Centers, which includes multiple distinct functions that support hospital and FSER operations in a centralized and remote environment. Additionally has solid line reporting for embedded management team, and staff, as well as multiple corporate leaders that support the Remote Imaging Services under their leadership.**
+ **Serves as primary point of contact with the Corporate VP in leading remote imaging operations, including strategic partnerships/affiliations, vendor management and enterprise contracting.**
+ **Functions as an executive level leader, providing communication, collaboration, reporting and presentations with corporate leaders, division leaders, and facility leaders to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization.**
+ **Prioritizes driving standardization with the field in all areas of oversight, with heavy focus on process standardization to allow ease of centralization and decreased room for errors between staff and centers.**
+ **Coordinates with Corporate PLC team members and center field leaders to drive execution of responsible areas.**
+ **Aligns with HR business partners, including recruiting, to drive the enterprise remote imaging HR strategy.**
+ **Leads all Remote Imaging Services operations including oversight of clinical processes, virtual staff hiring, development, and training, as well as analytics support to Corporate/division/hospital leadership.**
+ **Leads compliance initiatives through staff training, consistent case audits, and compliance reporting to hospital, division, and Corporate when needed. Ensures enterprise-wide adherence within their span of control to all legal, ethical, and compliance standards across all remote imaging operations; collaborates with compliance & REGs team as needed.**
+ **Improves/maintains the delivery of quality service through effective environmental, qualitative, and technical monitoring programs to build greater customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Identifies trends and innovative measures that can be potentially leveraged to drive results.**
**What you will need in this role:**
+ **Bachelor's degree required; clinical background (RN/BSN, or imaging) preferred.**
+ **Must have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience**
+ **Recent experience in operational leadership at scale required with proven leadership in enterprise implementation and adoption of new services**
+ **Must have held leadership positions (reflecting increasing levels of responsibility) in roles where building and leveraging key strategic relationships was a top responsibility**
+ **Significant travel required (50%).**
