Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in accounts payable and vendor management within the services industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor setups and maintenance, handling approximately 10-20 requests daily.
- Ensure proper documentation for vendor onboarding, including W-8 and W-9 forms.
- Manage payment disbursements and address remit changes by maintaining clear communication with vendors.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to TIN matching requirements (training provided if necessary).
- Utilize Oracle or other large ERP systems to manage vendor records and transactions effectively.
- Conduct audits to verify vendor information and payment accuracy.
- Support accounts payable operations by resolving discrepancies and maintaining organized records.
- Provide timely updates and reports related to vendor management activities.
- Assist in improving processes for vendor maintenance and payment workflows. Requirements - Strong experience in vendor maintenance and management, including familiarity with W-8 and W-9 forms.
- Proficiency in accounts payable processes and best practices.
- Prior experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, GP, Netsuite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent auditing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to vendor records and payment processing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vendor requests efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
