At The Treetop Therapy, our mission is rooted in helping children with autism thrive. We're looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing in-home team in Savannah, GA. We provide personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children ages 2-18. Operating across multiple states including Georgia, Arizona, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado, we deliver services in homes, clinics, and community settings. Every program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, helping them grow toward independence and success.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children in their homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized ABA therapy programs
Using data to track client progress and guide decisions
Collaborating with families to support goals at home and in the community
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation via electronic medical records
Promoting positive behavioral change through evidence-based strategies
Required:
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Experience working with children of various ages and needs
Basic proficiency with electronic documentation systems
Preferred:
TRICARE experience
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for helping children learn and grow
