Description We are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to help a publicly traded organization who is undergoing an exciting period of operational refinement and growth. With a commitment to building scalable, compliant, and people-centered practices, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to help elevate and modernize their HR function. Position Overview This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR leader who thrives in transformation environments. The HRBP will partner closely with senior leadership to assess, rebuild, and optimize HR processes, policies, and programs from the ground up. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities + Evaluate current HR processes, policies, and infrastructure; identify gaps and areas for improvement + Design and implement scalable HR procedures and best practices across the organization + Lead policy development and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws + Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with overall business goals + Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning and performance management + Provide guidance on employee relations, risk mitigation, and complex HR matters + Build and document standardized workflows, SOPs, and internal controls + Support change management efforts tied to HR transformation initiatives + Collaborate cross-functionally to improve communication, consistency, and execution of HR programs Requirements Qualifications + 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role + Proven track record of building or redesigning HR processes, policies, and programs from the ground up + Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices within a public company environment + Experience operating in fast-paced or evolving organizations requiring structure and scalability + Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
