Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Cyber Security Resiliency Analyst to join their team. As a Cyber Security Resiliency Analyst, you will be part of the Cyber Resiliency department supporting Cyber Defense, Incident Response, Technology Resiliency, and Business Resiliency teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Cyber Security Resiliency Analyst
**Location:** Charlotte, North Carolina
**Pay Range:** $65.00 - $70.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the execution of cyber resiliency strategy by performing analysis related to recovery preparedness, survivability, and cyber disruption scenarios.
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of cyber resiliency artifacts, including recovery strategies, maturity assessments, dependency analysis, and execution documentation.
+ Analyze cyber incidents, exercises, and simulations to identify resiliency gaps, recovery risks, and improvement opportunities.
+ Contribute to threat-informed resiliency analysis by helping assess how realistic adversary behaviors may impact recovery assumptions and timelines.
+ Support cyber recovery planning activities, including documentation of recovery approaches, sequencing considerations, and dependencies across technology and application components.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, resiliency, incident response, business continuity, or related disciplines.
+ Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and cyber threat fundamentals.
+ Foundational knowledge of incident response and recovery principles.
+ Foundational knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
+ Ability to analyze complex technical and operational information and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
