JOB SUMMARY:
Our dynamic Ethos Sales Team is looking for a full-time entry-level Business Development Representative (REMOTE) to serve as the first point of contact in our sales process. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries, generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our Account Managers. Our ideal candidate is a driven and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We are looking for driven individuals with the right mindset-coachability, persistence, and strong communication skills.
