**Overview** The Flagship Ambassador serves as a key quality leader within aircraft cleaning operations, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security compliance, particularly on premium Flagship and widebody aircraft. This role plays a critical part in delivering a first-class experience by ensuring aircraft meet and exceed airline and regulatory standards before departure. Must have previous janitorial experience, preferably in aviation. Previous experience in a leadership role.
