Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking a Front Desk Greeter to join our team in Ridgecrest, CA! This role is similar to a hotel front desk position and is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position offers weekend evening hours, with a schedule of Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour, and the role includes paid holidays, paid vacation, and is SCA benefits eligible.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet and welcome all guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
+ Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
+ Manage check-in/check-out procedures (if applicable)
+ Perform heavy data entry and ensure accuracy in all information entered
+ Generate and distribute daily reports as required
+ Monitor and respond to front desk emails
+ Provide accurate information and assistance to guests or staff
+ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
+ Handle administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
+ Excellent attention to detail is a must
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
+ Dependable and professional demeanor
+ Available to work weekend evening shifts (Friday-Sunday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM)

**Pay Details:** $17.75 per hour
