* Completion of 75-hour State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant course (16 hours of clinical rotation and 59 hours of classroom)
* Completion of State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant exam through Headmaster
* $750 cost of class (eligible for reimbursement or paid training if working with Greenway)

Requirements:

* Be at least 16 years old
* Up-to-date immunization records
* Completion of 2-step TB testing
