The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to support the KidsConnect Autism Treatment Program. The program is a short-term integrated day treatment program serving young children diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior disorders. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to clinical staff to help ensure smooth daily operations. Primary duties include:
+ Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, faxing, and answering phones
+ File and scan documents, including confidential information and various forms
+ Assist with data collection and data entry
+ Support program staff with additional administrative duties assigned

Must be a current UCLA studentStrong organization skills and attention to detailClear and professional verbal communication skills, with appropriate use of vocabularyExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, staff, coworkers in a professional mannerAbility to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
