Job Description
Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company in the Park 100 area is seeking dedicated Manufacturing and Production Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing and Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production process supporting the manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Manufacturing and Production Associates **Location:** Indianapolis, IN - Park 100 **Pay Range: $20.00/hr** **Shift - See Below** **Manufacturing-** 3:50PM to 4:00AM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts 3:50AM to 4:00PM on a rotating 2/2/3 - 12 hr shifts **Production- (8 week assignment)** Friday - Sunday 6pm-6am **What's the Job?** Manufacturing Positions: + Operate machinery including enclosure machines and saw associates to support production needs. + Utilize tape measures for quality checks to ensure product standards are met. + Handle heavy boxes off the production line, maintaining safety and efficiency. + Use sit-down forklifts to supply raw materials, store finished products, and facilitate material movement. + Assist as a utility team member during break times to support overall production flow.
