What You'll Do: As a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing top-tier service to our commercial clients by:

• Conducting routine maintenance and operation inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnosing and estimating buildings for repairs and discrepancies found during the operation inspections.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality HVAC solutions.
• Adhering to industry safety standards and maintaining accurate records of all service activities.

What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate is a skilled technician with a passion for the HVAC industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Service Technician in the HVAC field.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and standards.
• Licenses:
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License (required).
  • Spokane technicians must hold a 06A license (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
