Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site leasing, maintenance, and operations teams
• Drive occupancy and retention through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage property financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports to ownership groups
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership partners
• Monitor market trends and position the property competitively
• Ensure high resident satisfaction and positive online reviews
• Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential property management (luxury or multifamily preferred)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi, AppFolio)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property regulations
