Location: Adkins, TX
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour
Type: Full-time - Independent Contractor (1099)
Bonus: Up to $40/week based on performance

🧩 About the Role:

Top Metal Solutions is hiring entry-level Helpers to assist with general shop support. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, physically capable, and ready to start working-no experience required.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Sweep, clean, and organize the workshop

• Move, load, and unload metal materials and parts

• Support team members with basic non-technical tasks

• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items

• Willingness to follow instructions and stay active during the workday

• Positive attitude and dependability

• Must have a valid SSN or ITIN, valid ID, and a bank account

• Note: Most of our production team communicates in Spanish. Basic understanding of Spanish is helpful for this role.

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs regularly

• Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

• Work may involve exposure to heat, dust, and noise

• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) is required
